If you've ever been told you "can't sing" or "can't paint"- this workshop is for you (Maybe the person saying this is you!)

 

To start the afternoon Fiona will lead us in an introductory Singing Circle. We'll get familiar with using our breath & voice, then move onto learning some simple songs & harmonies. (taught by ear - no sheet music). No stress, no solos, no pressure - just enjoy the Feel Good mood boost that comes from letting our voices flow freely.

 

After a short break, we'll then move onto painting - where Julie will guide you through creating an abstract inspired painting on canvas inspired by music & sound. We invite you to leave perfectionism at the door and enjoy the process.
